आहो भक्त सार भगति करु हो, असार भगति करि,
संसार भ्रमत रहि, भक्ति श्रम निष्पफल हो॥१॥
आहो भक्त छाड़ु बालक खेल हो,
बाहर भरमन, बाल खेल जैसन, अभिअन्तर धँसु हो॥२॥
आहो भक्त सर्वेश्वर सर्वमय हो,
सब महँ भरपूर, त्रैपट कारण दूर, घट त्रैपट खोलु हो॥३॥
आहो भक्त घट ही में लहिहौ हो, बाहर भरमिहौ,
नहिं प्रभु पइहौ, भव दुख सहिहौ हो॥४॥
आहो भक्त द्विभुज चतुरभुज हो, अष्ट रु अनन्त भुज,
श्याम शुक्ल तेज पुंज, सबरंग शब्द धोखा हो॥५॥
आहो भक्त प्रभु आत्म रूपी हो, स्थूल सूक्ष्म रूपी,
कारण सरूपी, सब माया कृत हो॥६॥
आहो भक्त प्रकृति परे प्रभु हो, धँसु अन्त अन्तर,
पहुँच त्रैपट पर, तहाँ 'मेँहीँ' प्रभु लहु हो॥७॥

আহো ভক্ত সার ভগতি করু হো, অসার ভগতি করি,
সংসার ভ্রমত রহি, ভক্তি শ্রম নিষ্পফল হো ||১||
আহো ভক্ত ছাড়ু বালক খেল হো,
বাহর ভরমন, বাল খেল জৈসন, অভিঅন্তর ধঁসু হো ||২||
আহো ভক্ত সর্বেশ্বর সর্বময হো,
সবমহঁ ভরপূর, ত্রৈপট কারণ দূর, ঘট ত্রৈপট খোলু হো ||৩||
আহো ভক্ত ঘট হী মেং লহিহৌ হো, বাহর ভরমিহৌ,
নহিং প্রভু পইহৌ, ভব দুখ সহিহৌ হো ||৪||
আহো ভক্ত দ্বিভুজ চতুরভুজ হো, অষ্ট রু অনন্ত ভুজ,
শ্যাম শুক্ল তেজ পুংজ, সবরংগ শব্দ ধোখা হো ||৫||
আহো ভক্ত প্রভু আত্ম রূপী হো, স্থূল সূক্ষ্ম রূপী,
কারণ সরূপী, সব মাযা কৃত হো ||৬||
আহো ভক্ত প্রকৃতি পরে প্রভু হো, ধঁসু অন্ত অন্তর,
পহুঁচ ত্রৈপট পর, তহাঁ 'মেঁহীঁ' প্রভু লহু হো ||৭||

127. AAHO BHAKT SAAR BHAKTI KARU HO
O Devotees! Practice genuine, true devotion; performing hollow superfluous worship, your efforts won’t bear desired fruits and, wander you shall in this mortal world. ||1||
O Devotees! Mature up & give up getting charmed with child’s play, Roaming in the outside places is the game of kids; sink deeper within yourself. ||2||
O Devotees! The Supreme Lord is all-pervading, Fills all beings & things, & yet is beyond all the three coverings86; remove these curtains86. ||3||
O Devotees! You would find Him within only; if you loiter outside, You will never find God and suffer from all sorts of worldly miseries. ||4||
O Devotees! All the mesmerising supernatural forms with two, four, eight or infinite limbs, All bright radiances – of black, white or any other hue, and all sounds are mere deceptions. ||5||
O Devotees! God is of the same nature as of the Self (Soul); all other forms – gross or subtle, Causal or other, are only forms of Mâyâ (Illusion). ||6||
O devotees! God in His pure form is beyond Nature, so sink within to the deepest level, Go across all the three wrappings86; it is there, says Mehî, you will meet the God. ||7||
